This city is meant to be the city of heroes, where everything that walks on its hallowed streets is a living legend. The laws are more strict that in New Haven, and the punishments are worse. Citizens are not allowed some of the many freedoms such as freedom of speech or such. Aside from those laws, the citizens turn out to be among the best and most well-behaved.
